Seeking to build a solid cooking space with the capacity to house all sorts of exciting projects, Gregg Collier began gutting out an empty warehouse in 2013. Two years later and many lessons learned about how to build a beautiful kitchen from the ground up, The Goat Rodeo has opened its doors to the community. 

Boasting around 3200 square feet, this building houses a wide variety of cooking equipment. The current list is pictured below with correlating numbers mapped out on the floor plan. A full-sized walk in, freezers, and dry storage areas allow renters to fully and efficiently utilize space.

With monthly, weekly, and hourly rates, The Goat Rodeo Kitchen has the space to take on many different types of tasks.
